Subscriptions are non-refundable
iMagic Nexa subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) are billed up-front and are non-refundable. Once a plan is activated, the fee for the current billing period is not returnable, whether or not you continue to use the service.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription screen. Cancellation stops future renewals, but the current period remains active until it expires, so you keep access to everything you already paid for.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same plan by mistake (for example, a network retry or a double tap on Pay), we will refund the duplicate charge. To request a duplicate-payment refund:
- Open in-app support chat, or email support@imagicnexa.feyideastechlab.com.
- Include the Paystack transaction reference for both charges (you can find these in your bank/Paystack SMS).
- We will verify with Paystack and refund the duplicate within 7 business days.
Failed or unauthorised charges
If you see a charge you did not authorise, contact us immediately. We work directly with Paystack to investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the transaction.
What is not refundable
- Change of mind after a plan has been activated.
- Partial months when you cancel mid-period.
- Issues caused by your device, network, or third-party content provider outages.
